We have projected a disposable mask making machine, the same can be customized according to budget and needing.

The basic version includes 3 TNT substrate roll unwinders, 1 reinforce band unwinder and works in single row.

The TNT substrates are folded in 3 mini-rows, central position and welded on the edges, with pre-set cut length.

The side ear laces application can be completed in line, by installing an auxiliary double ultrasonic station, or separately, by the operator making the mask completion singularly.
