The modern concept for printing, die-cutting, creasing the paper and board to produce boxes, cases and folders.
The reel loading/unloading operation takes place through a pneumatic system. A reading photocell gives the signal in case of paper breaking or reel end so the pneumatic brake stops machine.
Paper reaches the web guide system that reads paper edge for the perfect alignment onto machine.
Printing operation is executed from one or more printing towers, dry offset type, with magnetic cylinders and related magnetic plates.
Die-cutting process takes place through 2 opposite magnetic cylinders (one male the other female) with installed 2 new generation plates.
To put in phase magnetic plates, there are magnetic screws that allow the cross/longitudinal motion and pressure adjustment.
Die-cutting unit is interchangeable type, to allow the fast and easy size replacement.
The product reaches the conveyor belt and is collected in the high pile unit endowed with side pistons for the perfect alignment of the product obtained.
